TCL’s Appraisals Practice is a cornerstone division of our company. Not only do we retain the most qualified and professional appraisers in the industry, but our 5 on-staff accredited appraisers have extensive experience in the field visiting facilities and conducting auctions. This allows them to provide our private clients with not only the most accurate valuations, but the right approach to maximize sales proceeds.
All members of the TCL Appraisals Practice actively meet their certification requirements through association involvement, ongoing commitment to continuing education and regular re-evaluation and testing. This assures that they are fully aware of changes, developments and ethical obligations affecting the appraisal industry.
