As our Project Manager, Rachele plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are running smoothly from start to finish. As a graduate from Schulich School of Business, Rachele has a breadth of knowledge of all parts of the business world and provides a fresh perspective on the work here at TCL.

With her attention to detail, organizational skills, and keen communication abilities, Rachele excels at her duties, including handling the administrative functions of the company projects and programs. Her responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources to ensure the success of each project.

Rachele is also the contact point for all moving parts of a project, making her interpersonal skills an indispensable resource for our clients. Her passion for business combined with her eagerness to work has made her a valuable team player to all of TCL’s ventures.

Her eagerness, adaptability, hard work, and intellectual curiosity have made her a valuable member of the TCL team since she joined us in October 2023. Rachele has been gaining a well-rounded understanding of how everything works on the business side of things and enjoys providing new ideas and different perspectives to the team.
